We find young people across Machakos, Nairobi and Mombasa who have real ability but no route to use it, then build that route through training, schooling, mentorship and a way into paid work.

Talent development, sport, education and conservation run as one pathway rather than four separate projects. The work is based in Tala, Machakos County and reaches young people in Nairobi and Mombasa.

The founder
Founded by Vincent Muasya Mutua "Chipukeezy".
A comedian and broadcaster who built the foundation around a simple observation: the young people he met did not lack ability, they lacked mentorship, exposure, funding and a bridge to the people who could change their trajectory.
